Due to the nature of cannabis products and applicable regulations, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help resolve them fairly and efficiently.
All Sales Final Policy
Because cannabis products are regulated and cannot be resold once they leave our premises, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging, except in cases of verified defects or errors.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
To process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number or receipt
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once verified, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the product (if available)
- Store credit for future purchases
- Refund (where permitted by law and policy)
All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
To qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The issue must be verified by our team
VIP ESSENTIALS reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used cannabis products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)
- Orders reported after the 48-hour window
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in cases where a product is verified as defective or incorrect. We do not provide exchanges for preference-based reasons such as taste, strain selection, or personal expectations.
